Sarah Jones has a background in financial services. Having spent 13 years dealing with corporate clients, developing and expanding accounts, she decided to change industries and established Ferguson Jones Consulting with her co-director Emma Piper. Emma Piper started her recruitment career with Alfred Marks (now Adecco) in 1994. She has been recruiting recruiters since 1997 and established Ferguson Jones Consulting in December 1998.
