£19,000 - £24,000 + OTE

· Business development. Finding sales opportunities by calling companies to see if they are interested in our recruitment consultancy and advertising services
· Achieving performance targets in business development, candidate screening and placement
· Candidate attraction including eMarketing and calling candidates on behalf of clients to attract suitable candidates
· Telephone interviewing candidates on behalf of clients
· Arranging interviews and assessment days for graduates and undergraduates on behalf of clients, including interview preparation and feedback
· Managing the offer process, making job offers
