BRANCH MANAGER / TEAM LEADER (Also CONSULTANTS) – LONDON FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
THIS ROLE is definitely for an entrepreneurial hands-on Manager who is happy to role up their sleeves and get stuck in with the nitty-gritty of running a business – this is not a role for ivory tower managers but those who love leading from the front in a hands-on manner through business development. You’ll have full responsibility for the P & L and the delivery of bottom line profit which is in a healthy position as well as increasing the headcount, mentoring, coaching & developing the team.
This company as a whole specialise in the Finance, HR and Supply Chain sectors. Your role will be to develop the Accounting & Finance division in Commerce & Industry as well as the Public & Practice market.
The London office is well established with a strong team with a headcount of at least 3 more to recruit for. With a firm foothold in the London area your expert sales & management skills will be utilised as there is plenty of growth still to be had.

My client is very entrepreneurial, refreshingly non-hierarchical and whilst they are ultimately interested in results as all companies are they do not micro-manage empowering their staff to achieve their maximum potential.

The senior management team is supportive but not dictatorial and the culture is very much about treating its staff as adults. There is a free reign for you to deliver your budget, they don’t want a manager who constantly asks for assistance but a manager who can think on his/her feet and utilise their expertise.
PACKAGE:-
BM - BASIC to £50k + comm. + car allowance + bonus.
CONS - Basic circa £25k + bens + comm
