Role
Your remit will be to successfully place candidates into matching roles within the industrial marketplace. This will include business development, account management, candidate screening and interviewing. This is a very target driven role, working in a very strong and positive team environment. This is a very people focused role dealing with different candidates at all levels of experience.
Experience
1. ABLE TO DO THE JOB & HAVE FUN AT THE SAME TIME
2. Sales driven. You will be an individual who loves to work towards targets and deadlines and achieve high levels of satisfaction when you achieve and beat your objections
3. Possess a successful track record & stable work history.
4. Able to demonstrate abilities and skills
5. Has the desire to progress – lots of opportunity
6. A car driver is a must (please don’t apply if you don’t have a full driving licence)
7. Able to hit the ground running & passionate about recruitment.
8. Posses the ability to shut off from office politics & banter and do what is needed but that doesn’t mean that they want a loner
9. Team orientated with a social, out going personality
10. A passion for working with people.
11. You will have superb communication skills and have the ability to build long lasting business relationships and the ability to build rapport at all levels
