Our client looks for nice normal people they are not interested in people with huge egos or attitude problems. They are an incredibly supportive and friendly team in all offices and have been enormously successful over the past decade.They do not hire and fire They give a lot of initial and ongoing training. The management style is to work very closely with consultants and help them close deals and improve skills on an ongoing basis.
They have a terrific commission structure every consultant is a 40% taxpayer. We do not put people through the mill but want people who are committed to a career in recruitment rather than people who see it as a stop gap. In all their markets the really big earning and career development rewards come in year 2 onwardsThey have a low turnover of staff and have people who have been with them from day one (i.e. 7yrs+) and regularly see people passing through their 2,3,4 and 5 anniversaries with us.
They place massive inward investment in drivers to consultants businesses whether that be in advertising, job boards, brand promotion or training.
There is a localised quarterly do and 2 annual dos (where we bring everyone from all the offices together for a bash).

Brighton:
Legal consultants x2 may look to retrain from other recruitment disciplines.
Also looking for someone to set up a legal secretarial division for the south coast and build a team around them would need experience in this field
Search consultants x 2 will look to retrain from other recruitment disciplines
IT consultants x 3 ideally with IT experience but may cross train
Manchester:
Legal consultants x2 may look to retrain from other recruitment disciplines
Also looking for people to do legal secretarial recruitment under an experienced manager
Search consultants x 2 will look to retrain from other recruitment disciplines
IT need 2 senior people one contract and one perm to set up divisions in this office and build teams around them
Edinburgh:
Legal consultant x1 ideally with some legal background or sector experience may retrain from other sector
Search may look to set up R2R if someone with sector experience comes into market or very bubbly recruiter wanting to get into the sector
IT - need 2 senior people one contract and one perm to set up divisions in this office and build teams around them
Dublin:
Legal consultant x1 ideally with some legal background or sector experience may retrain from other sector
Also interested in a temp legal secretarial person need industry experience
Search may look to set up R2R if someone with sector experience comes into market or very bubbly recruiter wanting to get into the sector
IT there is a Country Manager in place but need 2 senior people one contract and one perm to set up divisions in this office and build teams around them
Salaries / package They are flexible on these and are confident for good billers that our overall package will outstrip any earnings programme anyone else will have on offer. The added advantage is that key people who will be expected to build teams around them will be able to earn override bonuses on their teams hitting very realistic targets (which do not move during the year if people start to over-perform!). We have a career programme of consultant, senior consultant and principle consultant. After significant service and dedicated performance we have made people up to Partner / Director level and would look to do that again for exceptional people.
