Job Description: The role of Executive Researcher works within a specialised search team, and acts as a support to Account Managers, Executive Consultants and Divisional Sales Manager. The role has involvement in service delivery through Head Hunting activity, without taking too much of a client facing function. Must have strong sales skills.
The Role:
This is an introduction to the company and provides an understanding of the specialist divisions within. Recruiters act as support to the Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Consultants and Divisional Managers and allow involvement in service delivery without taking too much of a client facing function. The role reports to the Consultant/Account Manager as per the team requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Candidate name gathering
• Development of target lists
• Understanding of the Company TOB's and the services offered by the company
• Market sector information gathering
• Presentations from job order and initial approach to potential candidates
• Understanding the criteria for candidate qualification
• Advertisement response handling
• Complete CDS
• Be able to present the features, benefits and achievements of a Candidate to the Account Manager/Consultant for qualification to shortlist
• Organise and communicate interview confirmation with Candidates and Clients
• Complete monthly objectives in line with your appraisal (both monthly and annually)
• Successfully work the paper trail in line with the divisions requirements and the expectations of the Account Manager
• Take ownership of candidates and show business acumen in identifying potential opportunities for these candidates before passing them over to the Account Manager and/or the Business Development Manager
• Be fully conversant with all company databases - such as Troy - and use them effectively
• Demonstrate the appropriate standard in all external written communication
• Complete Achievement table by 5.00pm each Friday
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures as stated in the Contract of Employment
• Show appropriate conduct throughout the course of the working day
• Achieve 3 offers and written acceptances per month
