The Role:
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the Gloucester Industrial operation. If you have a proven track record in recruitment sales in the Industrial/ Transport market, and live locally we want to hear from you. The Gloucester branch is a highly successful and busy branch.
The Recruitment Consultant role will involve recruiting Industrial and Driving professionals, so will be a fast paced working environment. The Recruitment Consultant will need to attract new business sales as well as service existing clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a good solid background in the Industrial and Driving sector of recruitment, together with new business sales experience in a target driven environment.
Candidates must have at least 12 months previous experience and must have a valid current driving license. Hours are 8 - 5.30 plus on rotated 24 hr shift so flexibility is a must.
