THE ROLE:-
An experienced Branch Manager is needed to run the busy office of a reputable national who focus on recruitment within the Commercial and Industrial Sector. The office is busy & productive and in need of a good Manager to take it to the next level.
You will be responsible for running the office as if it were your own business with full responsibility.
You will develop the business through proactive sales, leading your team in a hands-on fashion, coaching & mentoring as well as sales & client visits with control of budgets & targets etc thus affecting the bottom line.
This role is not just about sales, the company don’t have a bums on seat attitude – its about building on a business for the long term - your personality and self determination will prove a key point in this.
