This COMPANY is a Contract & Perm IT specialist looking for proactive IT recruiters able to work in the Bucks area. They are ranked highly within their market place and happy to consider recruitment consultants who want to work a specific vertical market or across the whole of the IT market.
They supply both the local and national IT market as well as having an international presence and contractors in the USA & the Middle East. Established over 6 years with a decent £turnover they are wanting to double in size over the next year or so and want ambitious consultants to join them now and be part of that growth.
LOCATION: MAYBE you are sick of the travel to London and live a 20 mile radius such as Hemel, Aylesbury, Abingdon, High Wycombe & Bedford regions. There is parking available but you don’t have to be a car driver if living locally.
The ROLE is an all- round role sales, service & delivery. You will be given some business but also expected to develop your own new clients and you wont be restricted on location either – the country is wide open !
They want consultants who can bring in new clients but also service to a high standard & keep those clients – its about long term business relationships not one hit wonders !
The CULTURE is quite relaxed, the Directors have ensured there are as few rules & policies as possible. The team are very social but all are hard working and driven, all very focused but have fun. It’s a supportive organisation with plenty of experienced people in the team to learn from.
If you want TRAINING there are courses available for you to attend.

PACKAGE
Basic £20 – £25k with no threshold & an OTE £100k +++
