£24,000-£26,000 plus quarterly bonus
Our client is one of London’s largest independent professional recruitment consultancies supplying some of the worlds leading companies, banks and professional partnerships. The company has doubled in size over the last two years while achieving in excess of 40% fee growth year on year. They have a specific focus on developing their staff into market leaders while providing the highest levels of support and infrastructure.
They are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Executive to work within their Internal Recruitment & Training Team.
This role takes responsibility for recruitment into the business at the Graduate/Trainee level as well as liaising with the external agencies who supply candidates to ensure that these relationships are as productive as possible. The successful candidate will be managing offer and contract processes as well as the induction of new joiners. Reporting into the Internal Recruitment and Training Manager you will also support the delivery of training across the business including the company’s Academy and Mentoring programs.
There is enormous potential for growth within the role and you will take responsibility for the development of internal Human Resources policies and processes. The successful candidate will be a graduate, ideally with a CIPD qualification and experience of having worked in a sales business.
You must be able to demonstrate high levels of drive, interpersonal effectiveness, self management and a proactive approach as well as being comfortable working within a busy and successful sales environment. |
