£22,000-£34,000 (uncapped commission) OTE £40,000-£80,000
If you come from a sales/recruitment background, our client will be able to fast track you into the role of Recruitment Consultant with the intention of promotion to Senior Consultant then Team Leader through to Manager within 2-3 years.

Individual divisions focus within the specific market sectors of ICT, Finance and Engineering allowing us to provide a highly specific service through both permanent and contract recruitment.
They have a broad client base that encompasses a range of industries and includes Global Investment Banks and Telcos to small software houses and consultancies, to large manufacturing and retail organisations through to innovative start-ups.
You should be an excellent all round confident communicator, have good organisational skills, ability to show initiative, a team player but also able to work independently and a proven track record in sales.
