Based in Central Bristol, my client is an IT specific recruitment company and has been growing exponentially year on year, for the last 4 years and now has a team of 20 consultants.
Due to continued success they are now looking to expand their contract and permanent teams and are looking for experienced, successful IT Recruitment Consultants from either of these disciplines to join their team in Central Bristol.
You will receive a basic salary of up to £25k DOE, and will be paid upto 20% of ALL your individual billings with no threshold. If you over achieve your annual target then all billings in excess of the target within the year will be paid at DOUBLE COMMISSION, upto 40%!!!
There are no geographical restrictions to where you win your business, so the sky is the limit! Nor will you be micro managed or held to KPI targets, as long as you are reaching your targets.
