base c£25k ote 45k+++ year 1
We are looking for hardworking, proactive, mature minded recruiters with a need to earn large amounts of money. Excellent sales people with experience working in a corporate recruitment environment and bags of gravitas. With up to 40% commission, this company offer an excellent environment, career prospects and high earning capabilities. Immediate interviews and quick start dates are available for the right people.
You will have at least 6 months recruitment experience for this role!
Tasks:
· Arranging and attending unaccompanied Client visits
· Maintaining existing client relationships
· Strategically developing new business
· Negotiation of terms agreements with clients
· Consistently achieving monthly target of between 5k and 15k
· Making proactive sales calls
· Identifying new clients
· Closing offers
· Search internal database and identify potential candidates
· Search external CV databases and identify potential candidates
· Register candidates over the telephone and gain all relevant info
· Arranging candidate interviews and manage all subsequent feedback
