Search & Selection Recruitment Consultant x3
Engineering, Aerospace, Rail, Manufacturing,
Basic Salary: to £35,000 + Car Allowance + Commission + Excellent Benefits & Continuous Training
My client is a leading Executive Search & Selection recruitment organisation who pride themselves on excelling within the UK & European market sectors.
We are actively seeking career driven individuals who are keen to continue learning and progress their career whilst also being financially motivated to achieve high levels of revenue billings.
Role:
To deliver profitable revenue by managing the successful delivery of candidates for search assignments won by the supervising Account Director.
To identify and take-on contingency recruitment assignments and deliver additional revenue through the delivery of placements for such contingency recruitment assignments.
To develop a strong network of contacts, ultimately leading to the winning of retained search assignments.
Skills / Background
- 2 Years experience within a recruitment business development role.
- Ideally you will have experience of recruiting within either a manufacturing, rail, aerospace or engineering market sector.
- You will have a proven track record in delivering excellent and consistent results.
- A basic understanding of their target market/skills sector.
- A strategic view of how to tackle a market/skills sector.
- Ability to understand strategic concepts and to deliver them to third parties in a clear and coherent way.
- Self starter and willing to learn new skills.
- Positive “can do“ attitude.
- Natural ability to influence people at all levels in social and business circumstances.
