A leading global, Financial Executive Search firm that recruits at senior level in the field of Private Banking is looking for a Researcher to join their successful, dynamic team. Our client, based in very smart offices in the heart of the city, was established in 1997 by individuals with a wealth of experience within Private Banking from Industry and Search allowing them to provide competent solutions to Financial Institutions. They recruit globally at Director level providing bespoke Executive Search capabilities in the global financial market to a select group of top International Private Banks and Investment Banks. They currently require a Researcher to work within the Private Wealth Management Area for the US Market. You will be responsible for mapping the market, identifying names, headhunting etc. You must be salesy as you will also be required to sell the opportunity to the candidate and gain their committment by getting them to meet with a Partner in America. You must be able to deal with high pressure as you will be expected to arrange atleast 4 meetings a day! You will also need to be flexible on working hours because of the time difference in the USA!You must be degree educated and have atleast 2 years Search experience in any market.
