Our client is a well-established International market leader in the Technical Construction, and Building Services recruitment sectors. They have successfully penetrated both local and international markets, supplying temporary and permanent labour. They have built a reputation with both candidates and clients that is second to none.
They are now looking for additional consultants to join their Birmingham based team.
We are interested in hearing from you if, you have 18 months recruitment experience in any sector and are able to work on your own initiative. Your ideas will be listened to and acted upon. They are keen to see evidence of loyalty and commitment and want a candidate looking to forge a long-term career in an easygoing, fun environment. You will be able to demonstrate you can sell to clients, as well as provide exceptional service levels.
This is a great opportunity for consultants to thrive in a professional working environment. They offer a basic pay of £16- £18k, plus excellent commission (OTE £40k). The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work locally and will be able work nationally and internationally as their careers progress.
