BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, RAIL RECRUITMENT
MANCHESTER
Our clients are Europe’s largest provider of technical recruitment solutions with a 2002 turnover of £150 million and a network of offices located throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Far East, Canada and the USA.
They are one of the market leaders in the rail industry with managed service agreements with most of the major consultants, contractors & end-users and have identified rail as one of their major expansion areas over the next few years.
They are now seeking an additional Business Development Manager to help them meet their strategic objectives in this sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for rail operations from compiling tenders to audits, competence assessments, through to full profit and loss of division. Working as part of a dynamic focussed team, who have established an excellent reputation in the field.
The right candidate will have a good understanding of safety critical staff to the rail industry, have experience of white and blue collar engineering and have an understanding of railway specific issues. As well as being an ambitious individual, they will also recognise the importance of teamwork.
The package will be between £30k - £45k basic, with the ability to double their salary on performance. With company car and various benefits, working from a prestigious location in a forward thinking company. |
