Resourcer – Commercial Recruitment - Cheshire
£12k-£14k basic + commission + excellent benefits

They employ 2.7m people worldwide each year, providing customers with a highly skilled, flexible, productive workforce for business needs.
They are now seeking a resourcer to join their lively team in their Chester office. You will be continually speaking to candidates and ascertaining their aspirations. You will have excellent networking skills and the ability to gain referrals from both candidates and clients. Knowledge of web based applications to aid in the search and selection of candidates is necessary.
This opportunity would suit a graduate with 12 months recruitment experience, although applications from candidates with a telesales background and a desire to get into recruitment would also be welcome.
