UK – NORTH WEST – LANCASHIRE – INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL CONSULTANTS
£18k basic – OTE £30k
Our client is a well established market leader in the industrial and commercial recruitment sectors. They have successfully penetrated the local market, supplying temporary and permanent labour and have built a reputation with both candidates and clients that is second to none.
They are now looking for additional consultants to join their Lancashire based team.
We are interested in hearing from you if, you have 18 months recruitment experience in either the industrial or commercial sector and are able to work on your own initiative. Your ideas will be listened to and acted upon. They are keen to see evidence of loyalty and commitment and want a candidate looking to forge a long-term career in an easygoing, fun environment. You will be able to demonstrate you can sell to clients, as well as provide exceptional service levels. You will need to value your candidates and see them as your bread and butter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mature consultant to thrive in a great working environment. They offer a basic pay of £18k, plus excellent commission (OTE £30k). The successful applicant is expected to be leading their own team in the near future!
