NORTH WEST – REGIONAL DIRECTOR
C£35k-£40k basic, OTE £65k + fully expensed BMW + benefits
Our client is the UK’s leading supplier of labour solutions to the Manufacturing and Engineering industry. Established for 18 years, with a turnover of £26 million, they have an excellent reputation, a sound client base, strategic focus and get results.
They are now seeking an experienced Regional Director for the North West area, who can increase regional profitability and implement key business objectives and growth strategies. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work with Operations Managers in the individual branches, will have a direct contribution to the bottom line and development of new and existing customers.
You will have a minimum of five years recruitment experience in any discipline and will have already worked at a similarly senior level. A track record of successfully mentoring Branch Managers will be required, along with having had a real impact on their career development. You will have full budgetary responsibility for the region and place strong emphasis on customer sales and service.
