Due to expansion, our client requires an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience in either Banking or Insurance. They are open on the type of candidates they have been placing i.e accountancy, secretarial, legal, banking operations, compliance etc.
Salary wise they will pay a minimum basic of £25,000 upwards plus a generous commission structure. (Up to 55% of billings!)
The business focuses specifically on recruiting experienced individuals in the Regulatory Risk, Compliance and Legal market across the UK.
Having successfully built the brand as a leading Compliance recruiter, opportunities now exist for motivated individuals to join the firm to expand the business into complimentary areas, specifically Banking (Front and Middle office), Financial Services (focusing on either Sales or Support vacancies within the Insurance or IFA sector) or the Lloyds Market.
Currently the core business is mid level working on both retained, exclusive and contingency. Having now built a brand presence and secured many PSL’s, the business is moving towards the senior level and we are aiming to take on more retained search business.
Principle Responsibilities
Generating, developing and maintaining client relationships.
Sourcing and interviewing candidates (including headhunting).
Developing selection based assignment coverage and increasing brand awareness.
Fulfilling sales-led targets.
New business development, marketing both retained and contingency services.
Keeping up to date with industry developments.
Presenting proposals and shortlist reports for retained assignments.

Candidate Requirements
A pro-active sales person with a proven track record.
At least 1 years recruitment experience, preferably in Insurance, Banking, or Legal.
