Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Liaisons: Consultants, Resourcers, Administrators, Clients,
Candidates, Human Resources Manager, Financial Controller
Purpose of Job: Responsible for maximising the revenue generation of the business through the consistent sales and the delivery of high quality service to candidates and clients.
Main Tasks and Activities:
• To identify new business within an agreed geographical area,
• To prioritise the ongoing contact pattern with those clients to obtain their business,
• To telephone and visit clients to actively promote the sale of Interaction Recruitment service,
• To develop the client relationship from a contingent basis through to exclusive arrangements,
• To compile a competitor analysis and act immediately on competitor information to maximise sales,
• To optimise on any sales opportunity arising during the normal course of work,
• To budget, forecast and plan the profitability of the office in line with the overall budget of the company,
• To compile a quarterly plan on activities that will develop the business to achieve the targets set,
• To report the business figures on a regular basis as requested by the Managing Director,
• To actively liaise with the Accounts Department on all related matters, such as the credit management system, the temporaries payroll and invoicing system etc,
• To coach, mentor and develop the consultants, resourcers and administrators within the team to enable them to perform effectively in their role,
• To liaise with the Training Executive to ensure that all development requirements are planned and fulfilled and that future potential is identified and nurtured within a progressive environment,
• To review the performance of the team on a monthly basis and to set individual targets for the following month in line with the overall office targets,
• To act as the catalyst of all communication within the office and ensure that regular meetings are held to plan and drive the business forward,
• To deal with any situation which may arise where a client or candidate does not receive a standard of service which meets the vision and values of the Company,
• To adhere to the vision and values of the Company at all times and to remain abreast of all legalities,
• To enlist the support of the Directors or Senior Management Team where required,
• To undertake any other project or task requested by the Director,
