Branch Manager for Industrial Division, Coventry
· Min 2 years recruitment experience.
· Would be keen to see consultants wanting to go into Management if you have no experienced established Managers available
· £28k - £40k Basic (dependent on experience) + Commission + £6k Car Allowance

Note: This job description defines a minimum acceptable performance level.

Job Title:                Branch Manager

General Purpose:         To maximize profitability by developing the sales, interviewing and administrative skills of branch staff, by demonstrating and close involvement in the day to day business.

To ensure maximum profit by coupling maximum temp bookings with high margin and highest number of hours possible.

To control overheads so that profitability is maintained
and pre-set budgets are achieved.

Reports to:                 General Manager
Area Manager

Responsible for:         Senior Controller
Temp Controller
Temp Branch Administrator
Mini-Bus Driver

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor the client’s perception of the level of service offered through visits and phone checks.

2. Monitor the matching of booking to temps by occasionally assisting in filling bookings.

3. Be known by all user clients through constant rapport building.

4. Present the monthly reports and forecasts at all area meetings.

5. Plan the branch’s activity and set objectives weekly.

6. Recruit, train, develop and above all motivate staff.

7. Head the drive for effective sales effort through leads supply and close monitoring of staff.


Job Description: Branch Manager                


Maximize branch profitability.

Ensure continuous flow of all types of temporary staff by way of cost effective advertising and company promotion.

Hold regular staff appraisals.

Control overheads (particularly Ad and Taxi) by not exceeding branch budget.

Chair Branch Meetings.

Deal promptly and accurately with all pay and invoice queries.

Adhere to responsibilities as defined in the Quality Manual.
