My client is a leading IT Recruitment Agency with an enviable range of PSL agreements in place. They have been established for over 20 years and focus on the following sectors: IT Investment Banking, IT Retail Financial Services, IT Commerce, IT Executive Search. They are well respected throughout their sectors by client and candidate alike. Typically they gravitate towards the senior end of the market.
This is a fantastic opportunity to benefit from pre-existing relationships meaning no cold calling and live jobs. You will be working with highly experienced Consultants and Managers meaning that you will be continually improving your own skills whilst being involved in a diverse range of work.
My client are looking for 2 experienced IT Recruiters who have had enough of the sales calls and canvassing but excel at delivering professional and consultative solutions. Therefore you must have a thorough knowledge of the IT market and ideally be involved in delivering to large blue chip clients. A range of experiences will be considered.
By being open minded in its approach to recruitment, my client ensures that it regularly injects new elements of creativity, dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit into the company to avoid stagnation and complacency.
Basic salaries are negotiable (up to £35k), with an excellent commission structure (the same as new business consultants). The opportunity to earn an OTE in excess £70k+ is very real. Their top performers regularly earn well in excess of £100k.
