ROLE:
Working in a small team your role will be the all round full life cycle of recruitment covering Perm & Contracts covering both the sales & service & delivery aspects of the role. You need to be SALES FOCUSED to generate new and develop existing business

1. You must be energetic and confident person skilled in recruitment within CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT (construction, building, Maintenance, M&E, Civil etc)
2. Able to use your initiative and “think outside the box”.
3. You must have a professional manner about you in order to be able to gain the respect and confidence from both clients and candidates alike
4. Sales and results orientated being a goal focused individual with the drive and pace to achieve challenging targets
5. Highly literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. A motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised and proactively
7. A high degree of commercial acumen
8. Hands-on business winner.
9. Win and walk mentality.
10. Diplomatic with the ability to influence and negotiate at the highest level internally and externally
11. Ability to work in a fast paced and highly competitive environment whilst working to the highest level of customer service ethics
