Job Details
+ Salary up to £35k
+ Car allowance £5k
+ Open ended bonus scheme OTE 1st year £15k
+ 20 days holiday
+ Pension and BUPA (after qualifying period)
Client
They operate from over 15 offices across the country and have an additional 30+ on-sites, with turnover expected to exceed £60m. Industrial recruitment is the main stream but they also have a very solid and profitable Technical business.
Role
You will be responsible for the delivery of new volume Industrial accounts across a substantial geographic area (1st year expected margin £150k). You will follow up leads from the branch net work and identify additional opportunities through your own research.
Ideal Candidate
•Have a proven sale success record in Industrial Recruitment
•Be confident and competent in fact finding, constructing & delivering presentations to Director level
•A natural “closer” with the hunger & motivation to achieve a high conversation level of new accounts
•Be self motivated, of a professional appearance
•Have a genuine desire to earn £50-£70k per annum |
