Client
Our Client specialise in assisting companies use temporary agency staff to obtain improved efficiencies and profitability. They have been established since 2001 and have achieved staggering growth and profitability to date.
Role
To provide dedicated support to assigned Clients during all stages of the agency labour initiative from inception to implementation and for an agreed period there after. Working in conjunction with a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for project planning, regular client liaison, statistical analysis, a pro-active approach to meeting client requirements, selecting and managing recruitment agency suppliers – all working to strict deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
•You will have worked as Transport Manager managed Fleet Management for multiple on-sites Industrial or Driving environments
•Have very effective communication skills both written or orally, along with above average IT skills and strong financial and numerously skills
•Be an effective negotiator, comfortable at presenting KPI achievements at board level
•Be prepared to travel the UK and stay away from home up to two nights per week
