Role
Working within their commercial sales division you will be required to progress quickly, developing your skills to become a strong all-round recruitment consultant handling assignments ranging from mid to senior level sales and marketing appointments, into national and global blue-chip organisations.
•Developing and taking ownership of existing accounts
•Targeting specific companies as new business targets
•Working on retained assignments
•Conducting tailored head-hunt searches
•Interviewing prospective candidates
