Client
Our Client specialise in assisting companies use temporary agency staff to obtain improved efficiencies and profitability. They have been established since 2001 and have achieved staggering growth and profitability to date.
Role
To provide dedicated support to assigned Clients during all stages of the agency labour initiative from inception to implementation and for an agreed period there after.
Ideal Candidate
•You will have probably been an Industrial Branch Manager or have previously managed multiple on-sites in either Industrial or Driving sectors
•Have very effective communication skills both written or orally, along with above average IT skills and strong financial and numerously skills
•Be an effective negotiator, comfortable at presenting KPI achievements at board level
•Be prepared to travel the UK and stay away from home up to two nights per week |
