Job Role
This Branch is extremely well established, and you will oversee the supplying staff to establishments, NHS and the domiciliary care market with a strong focus on increasing the business in all sectors through developing existing business and opening up new accounts.
Candidate Specification
• Have had a minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Branch Manager from within the Recruitment Industry.
• Have a track record in improving branch efficiencies and profitability
• Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving consultant’s skill sets
• Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the National Care Standards are fully implemented |
