Our Client has an office network of over 40 locations across the whole of England & Wales and specialise in the supply of Construction, Industrial & Commercial Personnel. Turnover this year will exceed £100m. Our Client has an excellent track record of profitability, this is achieved due to the excellent development and retention of its employer base, achieved through excellent training, motivation and financial packages.
The Role
In Birmingham our Client has already established successful branches in Industrial, Commercial and Construction, with Technical being a new sector to be opened in the Midlands. You will be confident in recruiting and developing effective Consultants, generating new business, working to tight budgets and exceeding the Directors expectations.
Ideal Candidate
•Will have Technical Recruitment experience
•Have a min 12 months as a Recruitment Branch Manager
•Have positively impacted on the profitability of an office
•Have a strong track record of new business sales and account development
•Be able to demonstrate their ability to motivate and develop a team of sales & service Consultants
•Preferably have had the experience in a Branch Start-Up
•Live within a sensible commute of Birmingham |
