The Client
Our client is one of the north’s leading healthcare recruitment agencies within the homecare sector with a network of six offices across Yorkshire & Humberside. They have won a number of lucrative contracts and are looking for two service co-ordinators to join their team.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an internal team of three Co-ordinators and an Administrator along with a team of field based carers. Working to monthly and yearly targets you will be responsible for all issues in managing a profitable branch. Duties will include: sales presentations, staff appraisals and management report writing/profit & loss.
The successful candidate will ideally be a Registered Manager within the Healthcare sector (either from a hands-on care role or an agency manager) however applications will be considered for candidates looking to cross-train into the healthcare sector or candidates requiring support and training to Registered Manager status.
