Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our clients branch in Aylesbury, which covers both the Commercial and Industrial sectors. You will be a hands on manager who is prepared to grow the business and develop the team. The business mix covers all areas of Driving, Industrial and Commercial recruitment of Temporary and Permanent staff (24 hour on-call operation).
Ideal Candidate
•Must have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience at Branch Manager level
•Excellent Sales & Recruitment experience.
•Innovative leadership skills & or organisational qualities
•Excellent strategical & marketing skills
•Quality Communication & presentational skills
•Desire to succeed and build a strong career. |
