The Client
Our Client is one of the largest suppliers of Social Care services to both the Public and Private sector trading since the late 60’s they have built a very profitable and robust network of offices across the UK.
The Role
Reporting into the Regional Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day branch performance.
This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be involved in staff training, compliance issues, new business presentations, management reporting and profit and loss.
The Ideal Candidate
•Minimum 12mths experience in a Team Leader or Branch Management role (any sector)
•Proven track record in improving branch efficiencies and profitability
•Effective man management skills with a track record in improving consultant performance
•Excellent administrative and reporting skills
