We need a Strong Commercial Perms recruiter looking for their first step into management or an existing recruitment manager looking for a change of pace. This role is a new role within the company designed to grow the companies market share within the permanent recruitment markets and is seen as more of a divisional development position rather than a typical sales / management position.
Your time will be spent 50-50 between two branches training and developing the recruitment teams to enable them to become more successful in Permanent Recruitment.
Generation of new business through sales, cold calling, networking and candidate marketing all within your regional location.
Growing the companies existing presence within the Permanent Recruitment sector.
Client relationships management and development phone based and face-to-face.
Interviewing of candidates for client vacancies both over the phone and face-to-face.
PERSON SPEC
The Ideal candidates must have RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
This company are looking for a Target Focused, passionate and hungry sales people with a desire to be successful in their career. You will need to have a proven ability to Win Business and manage existing accounts, all within the Business to Business/Recruitment sales industry, preferably with a Commercial bias.
REMUNERATION
Salaries are negotiable dependant on experience and achievement’s a guideline for this position is 25-30k Basic Plus Car and Bonus OTE up to 50k
