JOB DECRIPTION
We need an A1 Business Development/Sales Executive for the Midlands and West Midlands Area. You will need to have a proven history within On-Site Recruitment Solutions sales and have a consultative approach to the manner in which you sell recruitment solutions.
You will receive full support from the company and team but also complete autonomy to grow the business as you see fit.
You will need to liaise with the branches and the Project Team on an on-going basis. As such you will need to be able to get to all areas within the West Midlands location.
PERSON SPEC
We are looking for a Target Focused, passionate and hungry sales person with a desire to be successful in their career. You will need to have a proven ability to Win Business and put high level tenders together. All within the recruitment industry.

REMUNERATION
They offer a great benefits package on top of you basic salary of 30-40k including a Company Car. The bonus structure in place will allow you to double your basic salary.
