Our client is one of the U.K's largest nursing agencies and has specialised in the supply of temporary nursing and care staff to the Healthcare Industry. The U.K network extends to over 100 offices and has an excellent reputation on delivering high quality personalised service across the whole network.
THE ROLE
This Branch is well established, you will be supplying staff to establishments, NHS and the domiciliary care market with a strong focus on increasing the business in all sectors through developing existing business and opening up new accounts.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Have had a minimum 1 years experience as a Branch Manager from within the Recruitment Industry.
• Have a track record in improving branch efficiencies and profitability
• Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving consultant’s skill sets
• Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the National Care Standards are fully implemented
