THIS COMPANY is a leading specialist within the TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT arena dedicated to providing a consistently high quality service is key to their success. In general they provide contract and permanent staff to the Engineering, Aerospace, Communications, Electronics, Automotive, Building Services, and Rail sectors. Established in the 1970s they have worked hard building strong relationships with many prestigious Client & established an excellent reputation. Approved membership to a number of bodies including the REC as well as the Technical industry organisations they are a credible brand name.
The culture is excellent, it’s a relaxed atmosphere, a very adult environment where all work hard but not its not regimented or micro-managed. The team are all industry experienced and the management will support you with your personal development as well as business development although they ideally want someone who can ‘hit the ground running’
THE ROLES
This is predominately CONTRACT recruitment although these is some involvement in permanent recruitment.
There are 2 roles here. Both roles are within Engineering but one has an element of Utilities and Rail attached to it – there is a broad range of business to be filled within the M&E side but both roles have a sales bias.
Your skills of proactive sales and client development will be utilised although the office has plenty of warm and current business to feed from. Geographically you will work across the East midlands down into the home counties, but with past success there are clients as far as Scotland.
FINANCIAL TARGETS wont be set initially but as you develop your desk will fall in place. This is not a company that believes in quantity over quality but activity brings results.
PROGRESSION is an option subject to achieving and maintaining financial targets. Once established there is the potential to develop & lead your own team.
PACKAGE:- Basic circa £22k OTE £55-£60k with a rising commission scale based on generated reveune |
