The Nottingham office opened in 2001 and has experienced phenomenal growth securing many major clients.
The TEAM is now set for further growth as is the company who are looking for staff in all their major offices across the UK.
Nottingham is looking for 2 consultants, both roles will include sales, service and delivery. Both desks are to built from scratch but some business may be passed on for you to fulfill. Both roles are full involvement in the whole life cycle, you will establish your won clients through proactive sales and client visits. The senior management will assist you in developing your business and doubling up on clients visits is standard practice. You will have access to a large database as well as an advertising budget to attract candidates for you PERMANENT IT vacancies which are across the board as opposed to a vertical market.
1) THE RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE is suitable for a trainee ideally of graduate calibre with strong sales skills or 6-12 months recruitment experience. This level carries an initial annual target of £95k.
2) CONSULTANT / SENIOR CONSULTANT / PRINCIPLE CONSULTANT
This role is for a more experienced consultant and has the potential of developing a team around you and lead your own team. The ability to talk things through demonstrating your ability to educate and mentor others will be part of the interview process.
Regionally you will cover a wide area from your Nottingham base linking up with the Northern offices but you don’t need to be a car driver as you will visit clients with one of the team.
TRAINING / CULTURE commences with an initial 3 day induction and is continued through with a full programme covering new business development & sales, presentations, candidate & client control etc plus you will have support from the management team yet is balanced so you will not feel micro-managed or suffocated.
THE TEAM is a mix of backgrounds, most are graduate calibre with tons of personality and often quite loud, all have a background in B2B sales or recruitment and those that aren’t married enjoy a regular night out - in general they are all very team minded group of people who like to work hard, earn well and have fun whilst working.
There is good PROGRESSION opportunities and a set structure is in place fro you to climb if you so wish.
PACKAGE:- Depends on level - Junior recruiters start on £15,500 + car allowance £3700 + comm. OTE £30k.
Consultants / Senior basic to £23,500 + car allowance up to £6400 + comm
