Technical Recruitment Consultant

The Position
You will join as an experienced Recruiter (from any discipline) and be trained by experienced Recruiter Managers into Technical recruitment. You will join a team of established Recruiters who are making headway into some of the top Contractor Companies within this industry. You will proactively seeking new candidates following leads generated by the Research team as well as using job sites and networking abilities. You will be meeting candidates and clients alike and managing the process from CV sent to placement.
The Requirements: For Role of Technical Recruitment Consultant
You will be a highly motivated individual with a desire to be the best at what you do. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in Recruitment and be a success in your current company. You will have an interest in changing your Recruitment discipline and have ambition to go to the top.
Common Requirements for most Recruitment Consultant Positions:
· Recruitment consultants ideally need recruitment experience
· A Recruitment Consultant should possess excellent communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies
· A Recruitment Consultant should be a self motivated character
· Recruiters should have an aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is always a necessity
