IT Recruitment Consultant
The Company
We have a number of IT companies based in Central Bristol seeking experienced IT Consultants from both Permanent and Contract backgrounds. Ranging from small independent companies to large national agencies things are starting to warm up again in the IT sector, so if you have itchy feet now might be a good time to have a look around.
The Position
We seek Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 18 months experience in any IT discipline that have previous Bristol and Bath experience. You will be managing accounts in and around this area, developing business with existing and new clients and in time heading for management or leadership of your own team.
The Requirements: For Role of IT Recruitment Consultant
You will certainly have a proven track record of success in IT Recruitment and the desire to the best at what you do. You may be expecting a higher basic salary, or better training and development; it may be that you simply do not get on with your current manager! Common Requirements for most Recruitment Consultant Positions:
· Recruitment consultants ideally need recruitment experience
· A Recruitment Consultant should possess excellent communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies
· A Recruitment Consultant should be a self motivated character
· Recruiters should have an aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is always a necessity
