Branch Manager – Commercial
The Position
This successful, quality driven, national company are looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager in Sunderland. You will be working as a permanent recruitment consultant as well as managing and motivating this dynamic and successful team.
The Requirements - Role of Commercial Branch Manager :
· Branch Managers ideally need a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience or a background in management or sales
· Must be self motivated and target driven manager who can lead the team by example
· The Branch Manager needs strong account management skills and be able to build up professional relationships
· A Target driven Branch Manager is a necessity with previous success as a recruitment consultant, ideally in the commercial sector
