The Position
An exciting recruitment opportunity has come up to help establish and grow a new secretarial recruitment division within an existing niche property recruitment company in this Manchester office. The role is to maximise recruitment relations from the property side, leading a small team of recruitment consultants. The role will be entirely hands on and has fantastic growth opportunities.
The Requirements - Role of Commercial Recruitment Consultant :
· Recruitment consultants need a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience and will now be looking to move into a leadership role
· Must be self motivated and willing to work hard in this busy and dynamic recruitment environment
· The Recruitment Consultant should be a confident, service driven individual
· An aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is a necessity
