Medical Sales Recruitment Consultant
The Position
This recruitment role is for someone with experience either in retail management or an experienced recruiter with a keen interest in retail Recruitment. The team is small but expanding and will cover all Retail recruitment from store managers and above, positions in operations as well as technical, design and buying. You will responsible for developing relationships with recruiting staff in major blue chip retail organisations as well as smaller niche companies.
The Requirements - Role of Senior Recruitment Consultant :
· Experience of recruitment is desirable, knowledge of fashion or retail an advantage but not essential
· Passion for recruitment and sales is essential
· Client driven, professional attitude, self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
· A target driven Recruitment Consultant is a necessity
· A natural net-worker with lots of energy
· Creative mind to think through recruitment candidate shortages essential
· A self motivated Recruiter who thrives in a small team environment, a must
