The Requirements - Role of Executive Recruitment Consultant :
· Recruitment consultants ideally need a minimum of 1 years recruitment experience or a background in call centres or sales
· Must be self motivated and able to manage themselves
· The Recruitment Consultant should be a confident, service driven individual
· An aptitude for building professional relationships with both candidates and clients alike
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is a necessity
