Due to pure expansion within the education recruitment market South West. An opportunity has arisen for a recruitment consultant to join the team in Bristol. You will be responsible for managing existing clients needs and bringing on new business.
You given total autonomy and a support base to ensure you will be 100% successful, with an array of educational expertise around you. If you want success, then the support and rewards are there and you will not fail.
The Requirements- Education Recruitment Consultant
· The Recruitment Consultant must have recruitment experience, education recruitment experience is not essential.
· You must have energy and the drive to learn the industry and develop new business
· All Recruitment Consultants must have strong and proven business development skills
· The Recruitment Consultant must have excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills
