The Position
You will manage a team of 4 consultants, 2 resourcers and one administrator. The branch covers Technical, Industrial and Construction. You will work with the top-level clients dealing with high-level placements as well as motivating the team.
The Requirements: For Role of Recruitment Branch Manager, Construction
We are looking for an experienced recruitment manager, not necessarily in the construction sector, but must have experience of both temporary and permanent markets. Must have proven track record and steady background. No job hoppers!
Common Requirements for most Recruitment Consultant Positions:
· Recruitment consultants ideally need recruitment experience
· A Recruitment Consultant should possess excellent communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies
· A Recruitment Consultant should be a self motivated character
· Recruiters should have an aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is always a necessity
