The Position
Due to expansion they now seek a superb Industrial/Driving Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the Midlands. You will develop new accounts, interview temporary industrial/driving candidates and be rewarded as part of a stable and impressive team of experienced Consultants. You will receive a good basic salary, excellent OTE and personal training and development.
The Requirements: For Role of Recruitment Consultant - Industrial/Driving Recruitment Consultant, Temporary
You only need to have 12 months experience in the recruitment industry, but will be hungry and absolutely driven to succeed with proof of your success. From either a High Street or Consultancy background you will currently run a busy Temporary Desk, but feel you do not get the recognition you deserve or the pay pack you want! You will be self motivated, focused and have the confidence in yourself to make this career move now.
Common Requirements for most Recruitment Consultant Positions:
· Recruitment consultants ideally need recruitment experience
· A Recruitment Consultant should possess excellent communication skills and strong entrepreneurial tendencies
· A Recruitment Consultant should be a self motivated character
· Recruiters should have an aptitude for building long term supplier relationships
· A Target driven Recruitment Consultant is always a necessity
