The Company
Our client specialises predominately in the supply of overseas healthcare professionals into the UK. Operating from offices in Birmingham along with a network of overseas agents our client has an excellent relationship with clients and candidates alike.
The Role
This is a newly created role reporting to the Operations Manager and will be field based with regular travel throughout the UK. The overall objective will be to develop the long-term profitability of the business within the Allied Healthcare market within the UK and Ireland.
Key duties will include: Planning and working to annual budget and business targets, winning new business within the AHP market, identifying new business streams, developing existing clients, proposal writing, client presentations and meetings, building long term relationships both internally and externally.

The Ideal Candidate
•Previous recruitment sales experience essential
•Previous international healthcare recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
•Motivated by sales, capable of working alone and travelling in the field (with excellent office support)
