+ Basic £20k
+ 1st year OTE £35-40k +
+ 25 days hols (3 to take at Xmas)

A well established independent agency focusing solely upon the accountancy recruitment market place, they appoint both temporary/interim and permanent professionals at all levels from qualified finance director/executive appointments to accounts clerical positions.
The Role
Due to expansion they have an immediate vacancy in their Luton office for a consultant to run the permanent desk (salaries to £25,000: ledger clerks, credit controllers, bookkeepers, part qualified accountants etc)
Your responsibilities will cover the end to end recruitment process, i.e business generation from marketing activities, client visits and canvassing; managing a portfolio of vacancies and matching candidates to client requirements, account |
